1.Assignment:

1) Working on all facets of labour and employment law, including:
2) Draft, review, and revise employment contracts and documents, employee handbooks, restrictive covenants, etc.
3) Advice on termination of employment, drafting related documents, etc.
4) Coordinate and supervise labour disputes
5) Advice on employee mobility and immigration
6) Develop and conduct legal HR trainings
7) Actively participate in the development of the global employment group of the firm
8) Contribution to knowledge management and publications

2.Candidate requirements:

1)PRC qualified, bar exam
2)Prior experience in employment law and HR related legal matters, working in international law firms, in leading Chinese law firms or as legal counsel in MNCs (7-10 years )
3)Basic understanding of and interest in HR processes
4)Strong business acumen and be willing to pick up non-legal responsibilities
5)Highly flexible and adaptable to new changes
6)Capable of working independently.
7)Excellent Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills
