Work Activities

 o  Planning day to   day tasks based on their priorities as the work load cannot be predicted or  prioritized ahead               Executing (Action) 

 o      Processing of  bank payments

 o      Daily download of   bank balances on the electronic banking system

 o      Ensuring that all   transactions are correctly recorded

 o      Input, track payments receivables and manage templates

 o      Bank  Reconciliations 

 o      Maintain database  of global bank accounts 

 o      Any other tasks as  directed by Head of Treasury 

 o      Liaison with all  departments throughout the company and build strong working relationships   with staff

• Knowledge of bank operations and systems 
• Problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze problems with interconnected applications Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
