Responsibility：

? Salesforce maintenance

-  Timely support end users' daily requirements for updates/upgrades, problems and maintenance.

-  SFDC account and contract maintenance.

- Maintain Salesforce users, including roles, profiles, groups and permissions

- Establish Salesforce training system and standard troubleshooting procedures

- Manage and ensure data quality in Salesforce

- Design and automate management dashboards and data reports

- Regular communication with business leaders, key users and end users

? Participate in the implementation of Salesforce development projects:

- Consult and liaise with stakeholders to collect needs and confirm Salesforce's requirements for the business.

- Conduct feasibility studies of application programs and system solutions according to the needs of the project.

- Cooperate with relevant colleagues and suppliers for solutions.

Experience required：

? More than 1-2 years working experience in a Multi-national company as a  Salesforce BA

Qualification required：

? Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related

? Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross function teams (sales, PM, CS, etc.)

? Good English in both verbal and written

? Good at documentation and MS tools (PPT, Excel and Word, etc.)

? Good organization skills and detail-focus and ability to work independently.

? Salesforce administrator certification desired 

? Participate in the implementation of Salesforce development projects:
