Store Operations Training and Customer Experience Manager

?    What do we expect from you?

You will become a member of the ALDI China Store Operations Training team, responsible for the listing duties:
1.    Ensure the smooth running of his / her dedicated area of responsibility, efficiently and accurately, meeting all deadlines and adhering to all guidelines and regulations issued by the company and external governing bodies
2.    Work effectively to complement and support the work of the direct leader
3.    Hold overall responsibility for Store Operations Training and Customer Experience (Customer Experience Expert Team) related tasks
4.    Ensures all Store Operations Training Strategy are up to date with the market practices and business requirements and advises better strategies, tools and actions to improve store staff’s skills and competencies and training efficiency
5.    Creates, updates and deliver training programs for store staff for both onboarding training and continued training while maintaining a high level of participation and knowledge retention
6.    Develops a training calendar and routines for Store Operations team to continue improve employees’ engagement and skills
7.    Leads Customer Experience Experts Team to deliver the best ALDI customer experience and promote sales via in-store sampling, membership mechanism promotion and upscaling store staff customer service.

?    What are we looking for?

We hope that you hold a bachelor or above degree with a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently.
We hope that you have relevant store training experience in the retail or FMCG industry. Being familiar with and have deep insight on best practice of training and engaging talents.
We hope that you have experience of leading a team by managing their results, expectations and engagement.
We hope that you can assist the company's internal and external cross functions to maintain the company's daily operations and recommend for process optimization opportunities. Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.
