Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

 

1.   Follow up molding facility and production equipment repair and preventive maintenance.

负责督导注塑生产设备的维修、预防性维护以及工厂设施的日常维护。

 

2．Coordinate with sub-contractor on the installation of new equipment and debugging.

      负责完成新进设备的安装和调试。

 

3．Involves in the process improvement of manufacturing equipment to improve productivity and reduce down time.

      积极参与生产加工相关设备的技术改良，提高效率，减少停机时间。

 

4．Fix problem in Molding equipment, trouble shooting and resolve it.

现场维护注塑设备，及时调查现场设备故障并对故障进行处理和解决

 

5．Setup maintenance history file, make improvement plan.

能建立各种维护文件、提出技术改造方案并归档保存

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1.      college graduated or above

大专毕业或以上学历

 

2.      More than 2-3 years experience in facility maintenance

2-3年以上设备维护经验

 

3.      Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14000 & IATF16949 system requirement

熟悉ISO9001，ISO14000和IATF16949体系要求

 

4.      Familiar with molding equipment  management  & maintenance flow chart

熟悉注塑设备管理与维护的流程

 

5.      iliar with a working knowledge of Windows and office software

熟悉计算机Windows系统操作和 Office软件运用

 

6.      Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通技巧和人际关系
