职位描述

Responsibility and Authority

1.Provide solutiontoHR SVP in planning and implementing annual performance management: (10%)

a.KPI setting;b.Mid-year review;c.Year-end review;

2.Provide solution to HR SVP in planning and implement annual rewards:(15%)

a.Annual increment budget and bonus proposal;

b.Rewards assignment;

c.Consolidation for review and approval by management team of North Asiaand Board;

3.Assist HR SVP in managing executive compensation; (13%)

4.DriveHR alignment in North Asia regarding Comp & Ben topics (5%)

5.Coach/help Japan and Korea to build/reinforce HR infrastructure in the areas of C&B and performance management (5%)

6.Provide solution toHR SVP in managing global mobility cases (5%)

7.Lead annual salary survey and buildsalary structure; (5%)

8.Update benefitspolicies, lead benefit program as per business needs and/or legal requirement; (10%)

9.Align and updatecompensation & benefits policiesand processesacross GCN, streamline related processes and standardize related template; (10%)

10.Initiate new compensation and benefits program to support talents acquisition and retention; (12%)

11.Act as a project member for global C&B project; (5%)

12.Other ad hoc projects assigned by superior. (5%)

III.Education and Experience

1.Bachelor’sdegree or above;

2.At least 7 years’ experience of human resources;

3.At least 5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits area;

4.At least 2 years’ experience in project management;

5.Knowledge about job evaluation and rewards principles;

6.Familiar with MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint;

7.Good command of English;

8.Strong communication and coordination skill;

9.Sense of responsibility and can work independently;

10.Pay attention to details, accurate and efficient;

11.Structured and logic thinking

12.SAP HR knowledge is a plus
