工作职责

· 从市场调研和智库报告中深入了解市场、生意、消费者和媒体

· 为解决生意和传播的挑战，提出策略的洞察和观点

· 支持策略策划主管撰写内部的工作简报和策略策划方案项目管理

· 与团队共同制定品牌传播策略、创意策略和数字营销策略

· 与业务管理、创意、媒体投资等团队紧密合作，撰写整合的提案

· 与数据分析团队和业务管理团队合作，提供战役结案报告分析和洞察

资质要求

· 大学本科以上学历, 2年以上行业策略策划/业务管理经验

· 对新事物具有强敏感度，喜欢学习新东西

· 乐观积极、热爱挑战、对风险的容忍

· 出色的方案撰写和表达能力

· 合作协调能力和沟通能力

· 熟练的中英文双语工作能力

· 熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

· Extract insights about market, business, consumers and media from intelligence reports and studies.

· Provide strategic insights and views for solving business related communication challenges.

· Support strategic planning leaders to write internal brief and manage strategic planning projects.

· Work with closely Strategy & Planning team to create communication strategy, creative strategy and digital strategy.

· Work closely with Business Management, Creative and Media Investment team to prepare integrated proposals.

· Work closely with Data Insight & Analytics team to study campaign results and provide learning and insight. 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree or above 2+ years related experience

· Keen with new trends and concepts, love learning new things

· Optimistic, embrace challenges, willing to take risks

· Outstanding proposal writing and presentation skills

· Good interpersonal communication skills

· Proficiency in workings tool e.g. office PPT, Excel

· Proficiency in verbal and written bilingual communication skills
