ACCOUNTABILITY:

  

• Deliver effective and efficient technical supports to top personal care & home care customers and develop value-added solutions for business growth.

• Continuously strength technical knowledge and formulation know how, to enhance company’s technical influence in the market.

   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  

• Work with regional application team to implement global/regional application programs, as well as developing relevant local programs.

• Develop broad application knowledge to cover all the segments to fit customer’s requests.

• Design experiment, perform lab bench work and develop solutions to solve customer problems or to meet technical targets on prioritized projects.

• Provide technical training to both customers and sales partner base on needs.

• Present technical presentation in the market seminars or in house workshop or draft paper to promote technology in responsible areas.

• Build-up connections to the personal & home care and skin essentials industry to enforce Lubrizol’s impact.

  REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

                  

• Education Background:

  • Master degree or above majoring in chemistry, polymer or related subjects having more than 5 year of experiences.

  • Bachelor degree with over 8 year of technical experiences in the same or similar areas.

• Technical Skills:

  • Rich experiences in personal care industry.

  • Solid formulation development capability in personal care application.

  • Good understanding of customer base, formulation habits, technical development status or trend o Great China will be a good plus.

• Other Experiences Preferred:

  • Fluent communication skill in written English and appropriate oral English. Speaking Cantonese will be a plus.

  • Conversant with MS Office application software. Others will be a plus.

  • Good listening and communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels

  • Strong project management capability.

  • Strong desire to acquire new technical knowledge, strong intention to learn new things and perform

  • Be versatile to adapt various cultures.

  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently

  • Be adapt around 30% of time of travelling.
