Job Responsibilities:

职位描述：

1. Brand visual design and positioning according to the company's current product line and customer base.

根据公司现有产品线和客户定位，进行品牌视觉定位与设计；

2. Planning and implementation of the overall visual style of online stores, home page decoration. Grasp the overall style of the store, and enhance the visual effect.

进行天猫与京东旗舰店整体视觉风格策划，店铺首页装修，把握店铺整体风格视觉呈现，提升视觉效果；

3. Planning and implementation of the daily activity look and official promotion activity look.

店铺日常活动以及官方大促活动整体店铺视觉策划和落地；

4. Main page template design and optimization. Style positioning and shooting of main products. Design and optimization of main picture.

店铺详情页模版设计与优化。重要商品主图拍摄风格定位，主图设计与优化；

5. Collaborate with Operation team, creatively design brand promotion and advertising KV.

配合运营进行推广图片设计，包括参与直通车钻展等图片的设计与优化；

6. Lead the design team to complete the daily design work. Train, guide and assess all team members.

带领设计组完成日常设计工作，对设计组成员进行培训，工作指导和考核；

7. Responsible for the vision of the brand with a turnover of 100 million.

对亿元销售额店铺视觉负责。

Job Requirements:

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above; major in art, graphic design, visual communication, etc. Well-known colleague and oversea study experience is preferred本科以上学历；美术，平面设计，视觉传达等相关专业，知名设计院校毕业优先，有国外院校毕业优先；

2.At least 3 years graphic design experience with team management experience. Brand and fashion design experience is preferred.

有3年以上设计工作经验，有团队管理经验。有品牌服装设计工作经验优先；

3.Excellent design skills, proficient in various techniques of graphic design and software such as Photoshop /AI/CorelDRAW/ Dreamweaver

出色的设计功底，熟练掌握平面设计的各种技巧，精通Photoshop /AI/CorelDRAW/ Dreamweaver /等图形设计及网页编辑软件；

4.Good taste,outstanding aesthetics, mild or serious perfectionism. Creative and with a good art cultivation

有品位，出色审美，轻微或重度完美主义者；有创意和艺术素养；

5.A good sense of responsibility,with team management ability,good communication skills and can take pressure.

有责任心，有团队管理能力，良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。
