This position is fully to lead the overall project implementation of new / existing assigned key accounts through GCIM (global customer implementation methodology) until it reaches a steady state across the Greater China. In order to meet project strategy and reach on deliverable stage on time, this position also has to align with supervisors, stakeholders, and other implementation managers usually.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the on boarding of new Key Accounts within Great China.

• Oversee and manage the implementation of solutions, technical systems, software or hardware.

• Utilize the GCIM (Global Customer Implementation Methodology) to identify and manage risk and deliver in line with the agreed timescales.

• Use project management skills with supply chain and operational expertise to define and plan successful implementations.

• Meet project deadlines and 'reach a steady state' ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Support sales activities (for the assigned accounts) by consulting with customers on implementation and risk management.

• Oversee and support multiple implementation projects.

• Act as a consultant in presales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.
  

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have minimum 3 years relevant experience in project management in forwarding industry. Prior exposure to automotive, industrial or Healthcare will be advantageous. You are self-driven and demonstrate strong abilities in problem solving and communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. English and Mandarin skills are essential to the success of this role.
