人事前台/Receptionist

 

1. 接待访客并通知相关人员或部门;

2. 接听和转接电话;

3. 负责快递邮件的收发;

4. 协助完成人事部事务性工作；

5. 完成上级交办的其他工作

 

Job Description/Responsibility

 

1. Receive, welcome, and refer visitors to the relevant individuals or departments;

2. Receive and transfer the incoming calls; to make sure the message are passed on accurately and on time;

3. In charge of all the express mails;

4. Assist in all other HR daily job;

5. Perform the other job as assigned

Our main business is sourcing various types of Home Appliance's parts and components such as Washing machine, Refrigerator, Oven cooker, Hob and Hoods, TV and son on. We have been in this business for several decades of years.
