职位描述
1. 认真分析现有客户和潜在客户的商业模式及特点，密切追踪客户动态，主动探求客户需求或采购计划，并积极跟进赢取订单。
2. 对现有的客户群体进行科学分析，深度挖掘，打造稳定安全的客户结构。
3. 通过展会(国际国内展会)和网络等途径，开发新客户，不断培育新的业务增长点，充实客户结构。
4. 处理客户询盘，与客户进行专业的，有销售水准的外销合同谈判。
5. 接待客户来访。
6. 根据签订的外销合同，下达生产单和配件单给生产部。
7. 配合跟单员和船务单证的工作，保证订单的顺利出运。
8. 及时回收货款，保证收汇安全。
9. 处理客户投诉，索赔等售后问题，积极与公司售后部门沟通。
10. 底薪7000-12000元，另加业绩提成。
岗位要求：
1. 思路清晰，做事有条理，具备较强的执行力。
2. 工作积极主动热情，富有激情，吃苦耐劳，有高度责任感。
3. 善于沟通，亲和力强，灵活务实高效。
4. 熟悉国际贸易的基本流程和相关法律法规知识。
5. 熟练的英文听说读写，能自如与外国客人英文交流。
6. 具备外贸出口经验2年以上。具备以上五点的特别优秀者，可放松此要求。
7. 具备卫浴, 建材，五金，室内装潢，家具行业经历者优先。
8. 本科学历。
Our dynamic export team is looking for an experienced or potential talented export sales
who will be responsible for:
1. Promoting export sales through deep study and efficient management of existing customer accounts.
2. Cultivating a healthy customer structure.
3. Setting up new customer accounts through fairs (both International and domestic) and Internet.
4. Professional contract negotiation and inquiries follow-up.
5. Customer visits.
6. Making production orders to the manufacturing center.
7. Team working with the Order Follower and the Shipping & Docs clerk to ensure smooth delivery and shipment.
8. Following closely with overseas payment and ensuring safe payment of each order.
9. Responding to and solving customers’ complaints and claims through effective communications with both the customers and our after-sales team.
Qualified candidates will be:
1. Well organized, result driven and good enforcement skills.
2. Dynamic, passionate, self-devoting to his / her career.
3. Good communication skills, flexible, pleasant personality and efficient.
4. Familiar with International trade, the whole process, laws & regulations related.
5. Proficient English in both written and oral.
6. Minimum 2 years export experience. Otherwise, you have to be really talented and excellent in the above 5 points.
7. Experience in sanitary wares / construction / interior fitting / furniture / hardware industry preferred.
8. Bachelor degree required.
