1、手工组新老产品的外发工艺单制作，写明外发产品涉及的物料、制作步骤、标准以及注意事项。 

2、试样：开发的新产品或老产品改造的样品试制。 

3、手工产品制作过程的视频拍摄，逐步建立所有产品的制作视频库。 

4、打样：外发成熟产品前，需要先制作少量产品的样品发给外协单位，作为他们外协生产制作的参考标准。 

5、按照订单要求和手工操作步骤做手工产品折叠、黏贴、组合。
