Job Description
1. Lead the whole team to overcome the technology block. 
带领团队突破技术瓶颈
2. Set up and regerate the new design process and whole system. 
设立新产品研发流程和体系
3. Independently organize complete design and development of systematic mechanical products. 
能够独立的组织系统性机械产品的完整设计开发，
4. Manage the design team members to new development direction 
领导团队协调一致地完成项目实施 
5. Bring in new projects and management it into mass production
负责将新机型带入量产阶段 


The Successful Applicant
1. Above Bachelor Degree 
 本科以上学历，自动控制、机电一体化、机械自动化专业 
2. Has rich research and development experience on equipment manufacturing industry.
有丰富的设备制造行业的研发和开发经验 
3 .Engaged in the design and development of CNC machine tool or special equipment deburring, grinding, finishing, polishing and cutting machine for many years 
参与过开发自动化设备或者数控机床像去毛刺、磨床，抛光，切割等机器 
4. Able to independently organize the complete design and development of systematic mechanical products.
能够独立自主的组织完成设计和系统性的开发产品 
5. Familar with mechanical and hydrodynamics simulation tools 
熟悉主流机械力学、流体力学仿真工具 
6. Good communication skills,
 良好的沟通技巧 
7. Great project management skills. 
良好的项目管理能力
8.  Fluent in English
良好英语沟通能力
