岗位职责：

1、负责公司设计任务的组织实施，对设计任务进行合理规划和分配；

2、负责在设计过程中提供专业设计指导意见，对设计工作质量进行把控，并对各专业设计成果的方案实现力进行审核；

3、负责公司重要项目的方案设计工作，能准确向客户阐述出设计理念，确保设计意图的准确表达；

4、对项目的功能实现、视觉效果、项目经营效果、项目实施的可实现性以及项目的可持续发展等负责；

5、从设计方案到施工全程跟进，把握进度、效果和质量、负责跟踪整个工程项目指导完工验收；

6、积极协助及解决项目进程发生的问题，提供有效合理的解决方案并及时反馈；

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，艺术设计、工业设计、建筑设计或室内装潢设计专业；

2、12年以上中、大型企业或业内从业经历，6年以上同等职位经历；

3、精通Photoshop、illustrator等设计软件，具备专业审美，并在业内具有良好口碑；

4、精通道具、柜台、展示装置结构，具备新工艺开发者优先；

5、具有丰富的工艺结构经验，能够利用丰富的设计、创意团队管理经验，保证团队工作产出及产出质量；

6、具备流利的英语听说写能力，可作为工作语言；

7、外籍，具备工厂经验者优先。
