2、对意向候选人进行薪资磋商，背景调查及入职安排等事宜；

3、新员工入职引导及新员工入职培训；

4、协调与用人部门的沟通、员工关系的管理和维护;

5、持续维护、优化招聘渠道，根据公司战略选择合适的招聘渠道；

6、各类人才测评工具的甄选与应用；

任职资格：

1、全日制专科以上学历。

2、2年以上人事招聘，具备HR专业知识。

3、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强。

4、具有亲和力，有良好的执行力及职业素养。  

5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策。

6、有国际物流行业经验，电商运营行业经验优先。
