Job responsibilities：

1.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through medical exhibition, networking, and any possible；

2.Develop new clients’ database and ensure that the data is up-to-date；

3.Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs；

4.Manage distributors’ pipeline and close deals；

5.Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets；

6.Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities；

7.Any additional operational works as assigned from time to time。

Job requirements：

1.Proficiency in English is a must, medical background is a plus；

2.Exposure to medical devices or medical equipment market is preferred；

3.A successful track record of personal sales performance；

4.Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing；

5.Excellent listening, writing and communication skills；

6.Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization；

7.Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives；

8.Outstanding analytical skills；

9.Intellectually curious and international travelling is required；

10.Determined and self-motivated；

11.Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team。
