岗位职责：

  

1. Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline.

  

2. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.

  

3. Work as a team equipment, integration engineers and external customers to meet department objectives.

  

4. Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation.

  

5. Participate in CIP programs to optimize window, cost, yield and productivity.

  

6. Follow good housekeeping safety rules in office and cleanroom.

  

Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

  

任职资格：

  

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Physics/Science/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  

2. Above2 years working experience in semiconductor CMP process.

  

3. Excellent team player.

  

4. Good ownership and accountability.

  

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

  

6. Flexible and able to support overtime. Self-motivated, meticulous, discipline.
