1、Receive customer quality issues feedback with prompt response. 

2、 Communicate to customer to align quality issue understanding (What / Where / When / Who) 

3、 Call internal meetings to inform quality issue and to be a lead to solve problem. 

4、 Summarize causes and actions from the meeting 

5、 Reply report to customer 

6、 Work with quality engineer and process engineer to know the effectiveness of problem solving 

7、 Be a window for customer visit

8、 Summarize quality issues and effectiveness  

9、 Participate in quality system  (IATF 16949) 

任职要求：

1、Experience in automotive manufacturing more than 2 years 

2、Experience in customer communication and support in term of quality & technical term 

3、Good knowledge in machining process with basic knowledge in methology 

4、Good technical & analytical skill for problem solving Experience in 8D report & corrective action report
