The Requisites
Higher Education background
Responsible, Committed and Organized
Good Communication Skills
Experience in the F&B Business Sector is valued but not indispensable
Good or working Knowledge of English
Age around 25-30
The Career Plan
Start in the Position of Sales Operators for 6-12 months’ experience in the Operation, with Training Program and
Management Support
Career Plan, from Sales Operator to Business District and Area Manager
Revision of Job Position every 6-12 months
The Offer
Excellent Economic Conditions, with Basic Salary of RMB 10,000, plus Bonuses to reach a remuneration between RMB 15,000 and RMB 20,000 within the first 12 months, with further yearly substantial increase, to reward the personal performance and that of the District and Area Business Operations
