副总经理的主要职责是监督日常运营，包括与供应商或潜在员工谈判合同、分配任务、领导会议和执行总经理下达的计划。

A deputy general manager primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations, which can include negotiating contracts with vendors or prospective employees, assigning tasks, leading meetings and implementing initiatives handed down by the general manager.

 副总经理将分析和执行政策和程序，监督短期和长期的业务计划和倡议，并协助预算事项。与总经理相比应更常与公司人员互动，甚至要回应和解决内部和外部的不满。

The Deputy General Manager will analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting activities. This figure will interact more often with a company’s personnel than the general manager and may even respond to and resolve internal and external grievances.

这个职位将协助总经理计划，发展，实施和监督公司的计划和项目。副总经理将监督公司的运营，承担预算责任，并参与公司人员的招聘和评估。当总经理不在时，也会介入并承担其职责。

This position will assist the GM to plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects. The Deputy General Manager will oversee the company’s operations, have budgeting responsibilities and it will be involved in hiring and evaluating company personnel. It will also step in and assume the General Manager's responsibilities in his absence.

任职要求：

        

？       经济学、金融学或相关专业硕士或学士学位。

？ Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or related.

？     3年以上类似职位工作经验。

？ ＞3 years of working experience with a similar role.

？     中英文良好的书面和口头沟通能力，会意大利语口语者优先（非强制性）

？ Good written and verbal communication skills, English and Chinese. Preferred with spoken Italian language but not compulsory;

？       能够识别和解决问题，独立工作，抗压力强；

？ Able to identify and resolve problems, work well independently and under pressure;

？       无可挑剔的领导和管理技能；

？ Impeccable leadership and managing skills;

？      强烈的职业道德；

？ Strong work ethic;

 

？       熟悉预算编制，熟悉行业专用术语、规章制度；

？ Familiarity with budgeting and a keen understanding of industry-specific terminology, rules and regulations;

？        每周2至5天前往金山区。

？ Travel to Jinshan District is required from 2 to 5 days per week.
