Job Description

    

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior design, project management or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property developers or consulting firms
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and attention to details
• Good command of Putonghua and proven English proficiency
• Occasional travel to other cities with China required

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of external parties, consultants, architects, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure delivering projects management successfully to company clients.
• Possesses deep industry knowledge with the preparations of tender documents and executions of tendering process.
• Capable to establish and execute project work plans and revise according to changes in requirements.
• Capable to provide technical and services advices, review design planning and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the project program with timely deliverables.
• Capable to express design opinions and recommendations confidently.
