Overview

As a Project Manager, you will primarily be working with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers to fulfil the project deliverables. You will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources and monitoring of project health.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with internal stakeholders and customer to initiate a project
• Register project, monitoring and reporting the project works and progress to PM Office
• Creating and executing Microsoft project plans and revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identifying and assembling project teams as well as providing leadership and mentoring to assure effective completion
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects including project payment milestones
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by delivery team before submitting to the customer
• Effectively managing communication across all levels of management (both internally and externally)
• Working alongside international teams

Qualities/Requirements you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

• Degree in Information technology or Computer Science or Engineering or relevant would be a prefer 
• More than 1 year of Project Management experience
• Proven ability to manage the execution of enterprise IT software implementations would be prefer
• Potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line
• Comfortable in working collaboratively
• Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Fast learner with a passion for technology
• With PMP Certification would be a prefer
