Job Summary:

We are now looking for an Early Phase Driver to prepare E2E early phase study from Supply chain on new projects, work together with early phase team in PDU.

Responsibilities: ·        Lead technical core team to initiate early phase study from Supply to prepare E2E supply chain solution ·        Lead team to identify critical issues and knowledge gap from supply on early phase study and initiate pre-development and mitigation plan ·        Initial new requirements for production as input to PDU on pre-study ·        Summarized lessons learnt from previous product as benchmark for new product early phase study ·        Define key production process, including SMA, FA, Test, Repair and Claim flow ·        Product cost analysis and comparison for different Buliding Practice proposals from PDU pre-study team ·        Knowledge summarized and transfer to NPI team for execution seamless. Key Qualifications: ·        University degree in a technical subject. ·        Minimize 5 year experiences in communication or similar area on production or developing role. ·        Good knowledge on telecommunication production overall process, including SMA, Assembly, Test and Repair ·        Experience of project management ·        Design developing experience will be a plus ·        Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
