Job Accountabilities:

• Able to help customer to follow up on sampling, pricing, order placement, quality control and shipping arrangement effectively by considering customer’s requirements and supplier’s resources.
• Involve from time to time in product development and supplier sourcing for the team’s customer to maintain business competitiveness. 
• Keep abreast of market trend by visiting both existing and new suppliers.
• Work closely with other departments such as Quality Control and Shipping for updating the quality standard and shipment status.
• Manage production and delivery schedule with suppliers.

 

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in merchandising field with at least 2 years’ experience in Fashion /beauty accessories.
• Good product and factory sourcing knowledge and strong bargaining technique; able to handle product development and follow up independently
• Good network with factories and suppliers in HK & Mainland China, or even in Asia.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Able to work with client independently when they travel to China
• Need to work in Hong Kong office occasionally as requested by manager.
• Negotiation skill, good interpersonal & communication skill and customer-focused.
• Proactive, patience, sensible, deadline conscious, adaptive, responsible, well-organized and attention to details characteristics.
• Hard working is a must and with flexibility in supporting colleagues during their leaves/ pick up new categories when needed.
• A good team player, can build up good relationship with colleagues and superiors.
