岗位职责

1、根据部门的业务模式，梳理区域内潜在客户，规划市场开拓计划；负责所辖区域的新客户开拓，客户信息的搜集；

2、定期拜访客户，销售公司产品，完成销售指标；

3、维护已有的客户并保持良好的客户关系，扩大销售。

3、与客户进行沟通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；

4、定期对客户档案进行分析、整理，提供销售分析数据；

5、接受客户投诉，妥善解决问题；

6、参与合同的谈判与签订；

任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；

2、2年以上家居饰品销售行业工作经验，有大客户销售工作经历者优先；

3、性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；

4、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；

Shanghai Hema Home Decoration Co., LTD. was founded in 1996, as a manufacture of decorative textiles. After 20 years' development, Shanghai Hema has expanded the product range to a wide selection of home textiles and decorative accessories. And we has built a good and developing cooperation with a growing number of customers throughout the world.
 
Shanghai Hema has professional P&D and Sales team working in Shanghai office with 800 square meter showroom. Under our company, there are 2 affiliated factories in Shandong Province with more than 300 skilled employees and 20,000 square meter production areas. The first factory is located in Linyi city, especially good at producing home textiles and decorative accessories. A new factory is established in Weifang in 2017, they mainly produce deco furniture.
