职位描述
- To lead and manage the entire packaging development to ensure Lowe’s proprietary brand standards are achieved on all printed packaging.
- Responsible to provide training to vendors and packaging suppliers at assigned Asia countries on Lowe’s proprietary brand standards and SKU packaging layout requirements, to ensure that all proprietary packaging meets Lowe’s objectives, quality and standard.
- Manages individual contributors responsible for coordinating packaging development projects.
- Responsible for the building up and maintenance of Lowe’s certified printer network, developing the packaging sourcing resources at assigned Asia area to meet the requirement of Global sourcing.
- Works closely Global Sourcing & Quality Assurance, Lowe’s packaging team, vendors, third party service providers, packaging suppliers and printers to ensure Lowe’s proprietary brand standards are achieved on all printed packaging.
任职要求
- Must have in depth knowledge of general packaging requirements (Legal, Customs, QA and Lowe’s corporate)
- Bachelor’s Degree in packaging, packaging graphic design, or other profession in related field
- 8+ years of experience in art direction, graphics / packaging / media design
- 4+ years of experience as a packaging team leader or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in MS Office, Illustrator and Photoshop
- 3 years of experience working directly with vendors/suppliers and major US retailers
- Well organized, detailed mind and project management skills
- Knowledge of printing process, color management and relevant procedures
- Knowledge of printers and strong supplier development experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and predominate language(s)
