1. Execute complete process of indirect purchasing activities to secure the operations of Katcon (including Katcon Shanghai facility and China Tech Center) and ensure compliance to company Policies & Procedures; Work closely with user departments to ensure all purchasing requests are completed on-time;

     ·         Indirect purchasing (MRO, services, logistics, office supply, etc)

2. Execute complete process of timely CAPEX sourcing for all Katcon Regional facilities and meet target price.

     ·         CAPEX (equipment and inhouse tooling, soft inhouse tooling).

3. Escalate to supervisor if any sourcing has risks in meeting timing request or price target or other issues.

4. Follow up Capex sourcing strategy, prepare proposals of regional capex payment plans;

5. Negotiate with suppliers to implement cost reduction if required;

6. Responsible for documentation/archiving of Purchase Orders/contracts & vendor qualification documents in consistent manner;

7. Manage PO/pricing/vendor database in QAD system and maintain in good shape;

8. Assist Regional purchasing Manager to conduct indirect category sourcing analysis, strategies and actions, Provide report and analysis on indirect and CAPEX spending data and contract status, Savings;

9. Assessment on vendor KPIs, develop and maintain a capable local supply base for different indirect categories;
