岗位职责：

    

1.   根据业务部门提供的产品需求，沟通及确定生产方案。输出产品参数文档（2D/3D）；

    

2.   与供应商沟通并确定生产方案。同时收集供应商报价。输出报价；

    

3.   安排3D打印样品，和业务部门沟通，测试样品。完成样品确认事宜，输出产品工程图；

    

4.   和供应商沟通并确认产品模具方案，输出DFM报告；

    

5.   跟踪试模样品直至客户确认样品，直至产品大货放产；回收模具图纸和资料；

    

6.   领导安排的其它工作：如开发供应商，塑胶产品质量问题沟通解决，技术文档整理等。

    

    

    

任职资格：

    

1.   ***学历本科及以上，5年以上注塑模具、注塑产品、塑胶玩具制造行业相关经验；

    

2.   机械制图：能独立完成绘制产品装配图及零件图；

    

3.   结构设计：能够按照产品的功能要求设计产品的内部结构；

    

4.   玩具安全标准：对欧洲，美国玩具标准有一定的了解；

    

5.   模具结构知识：基本的出模，行位（滑块），进胶点，顶出，分型知识；

    

6.   注塑知识：基本的注塑机器型号，温度，压力，速度和常见注塑缺陷的分析及改善；

    

7.   生产过程知识：了解超声波焊接，丝印，移印，热转印工艺；

    

8.   生产成本控制：懂得在设计中考虑降低生产成本和提供效率。在满足产品功能和安全的情况下，结构设计，生产方案设计尽量简化；

    

9.  具有良好的职业道德素质，能吃苦耐劳，工作细心，责任感强；

    

10.  创新意识强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，性格开朗。
