主要工作职责

·    根据高管教育中心发展战略，负责宁创在线网站日常运营管理和课程配置工作，完成学院目标。

·    负责网站的运营，网站品类规划、页面优化。

·    清晰项目运营思路，熟悉运营和整个网站的操作流程。

·    关注学员对于产品各项功能的反馈，监测产品数据，制定迭代计划，不断优化用户体验。

·    持续对竞品进行追踪与分析，并对”宁创在线”平台的建设进行完善。

·    实时更新”宁创在线”网页内容，完成课程及相关内容的配置等。

任职资格

·    本科及以上学历，教育、信息系统、商业等相关专业优先。

·    具备良好的表达沟通能力、逻辑能力、总结归纳及需求分析能力。

·    有教育类、视频类产品开发经验或产品运营经验优先考虑。

·    对互联网、平台运营、社群运作、在线学习有独立的理解和兴趣。

·    具有良好的计算机应用能力和文字表达能力，能熟练使用办公软件，具有在线学习系统的产品运营工作经验者优先。

·    有创业精神。

·    领导力素质和团队合作精神。

·    敏捷工作和高强度工作和弹性。

·    英语流利，可以在双语环境中工作。

Main responsibility

·    In accordance with the development strategy of the Center for Executive Education, be responsible for the daily operation and management of NISCI's online website and course configuration, and complete the institute goals.

·    Responsible for website operation, website category planning and page optimization.

·    Clear project operation ideas. Fully understand and familiar with the whole process of operation of NISCI e-learning website.

·    Monitor feedback from online learners, and analyze relative data and features, and iterate constantly to optimize the user’s experience.

·    Track and analyze competing platforms to constantly optimize the relative features of NISCI e-learning platform.

·    Update the content of NISCI e-learning webpage in real time, complete the course and related content configuration, etc.

Competency and capability

·    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in Education, Information System, or Business.

·    Consume good communication, logical, summarizing and demand analysis capability.

·    Have relative experience in creating educational and video content.

·    Have independent understanding and interest in Internet, platform operation, community operation and online learning.

·    Have good computer application ability and written expression ability, can use office software skillfully, and have product operation experience of e-learning system is preferred.

·    Entrepreneurship and mission-driven mindset.

·    Leadership and Teamwork Spirit.

·    Agility and resilience.

·    Fluent in both English and Mandarin, can work in a bilingual environment.

    2016年美国麻省理工学院与宁波市人民政府联合创建宁波（中国）供应链创新学院（简称宁创）。这是麻省理工学院与中国政府联合创建的中国***家供应链学院。学院将立足中国，面向全球，努力建设成为中国顶尖、具有全球影响力的供应链创新学院。助力宁波建设“中国制造2025”试点示范城市，打造世界级国际强港。

    宁创是在麻省理工学院运输与物流中心的指导下，采用国际化的模式独立运行的非营利性教育与科研机构，是麻省理工学院全球供应链与物流卓越网络成员之一。目前，该网络已在美国之外的中国、哥伦比亚、西班牙、卢森堡和马来西亚拥有五个中心。目前在欧洲、北美洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲拥有14个研究生项目和高管培训项目，90位供应链与物流专业的教师和研究伙伴，150家合作伙伴企业和组织，遍布全球的1000多位校友。

    学院开设有硕士学位项目以及针对企业高管的高层培训项目，通过引进麻省理工的课程设置、教学方法和评价体系等，着力培养国际化供应链管理的精英人才。学院也和产业界密切合作，建立学院产业联盟，提升企业的全球竞争力打造产教深度融合的协同创新体系。

    The government of Ningbo, China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology（MIT）to jointly establish the Ningbo China Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (NISCI), an exclusive education and research center in China focus on logistics and supply chain management in 2016. The mission of NISCI is to become an international center of excellence for research and education in logistics and supply chain management. Also, NISCI serves an important role in supporting Ningbo in its development of "World Class Port City" and "Made-in China 2025 Exemplary City".

    Under the guidance of MIT Transportation and Logistics Center, NISCI is a non-profit independent educational and research institution and is a member of the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE). Currently, the network has five centers in China, Colombia, Spain, Luxembourg and Malaysia outside the United States. In addition, there are 14 graduate programs and executive training programs in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia, 90 supply chain and logistics professional teachers and research partners, 150 partner companies and organizations, and more than 1,000 alumni around the world.

    Through the introduction of MIT's curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system, NISCI established masters and executive education programs to cultivate elite talents for international supply chain management. The Institute also works closely with industry to establish a college industry alliance, enhance the global competitiveness of enterprises, and create a collaborative innovation system that integrates production and education.
