  Internal Lab Work Coordination

  

  

• Coordinate of the laboratory day team to secure the required offline and online equipment operability and reliability services 24/7 to support CMP operation.

   

• Lab LIMS system management and keep close work with IT and supplier to ensure system/data base availability.

   

• Assist laboratory Manager to develop, maintain and implement Quality Management System regarding to Lab operation.

   

• Establish and maintenance the updated work instruction/method/SOP/procedure to full fill the customer updated requirement of lab operation.

   

• Teak lead of statistical analysis of testing data, MSA in lab operation, monitors and provides necessary assistance for any deviation to maintain SPC program.

   

• Contributes to development and implementation of test methods in the assigned area, especially of the support of the quality issue investigation.

                      

  

• Training of the lab technicians in technique, method and equipment operations etc.

  

   

• Monitor and perform equipment calibration and maintenance status

  

   

• Carries out maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment and test issues.

       

Quality Tasks Support

    

• Finish goods classification and related issue coordination.

   

• FTR optimization support and product quality control issue handling.

   

• Responsible for the coordination of lab internal audits. Ensure all findings be corrected and prevented before the approved deadline.

   

• Responsible for defect trends track and analysis. And assistant development team for major non-conformance and customer complaint shooting.

   

• Work together with laboratory manager to track/ analyse Company quality KPI tendency and offer expertise for improvement.

   

• Quality assurance support of quality issue coordination.

   

• CAR and NCR process coordination in CMP.

                        

   

• Support Lab Manager in defining and implementing organizational matters and deputize when needed.

   

• To follow other temporary assignment in case of the new projects, tasks etc.

                                                                                                                                 

  

• Performing the complaint investigation, technical supporting, and special studies for process, product development, marketing and sales.

   

• Complies with all safety and fire rules and regulations, including the use of PPE.

   

• Adept of quality assurance/control tools, testing standard and equipment knowledge.
