Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and pilot production of new products
- Process design
- Tooling and production equipment
- Layout design and set-up
- Work instruction ( Assembly instruction sheet )
- Standard time Set-up
- Pilot production try-out
2. Investment planning and implementation
3. Management of M-BOM, Routing and Standard time
4. Shop floor improvement planning and implementation
- Productivity /Quality / Lead time / Safety & environmental care
5. ECN management
Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
1. Background with Bachelor Degree (BA) at least(Mechanical and electronic engineering or Industrial engineering)
2. Background with at least 5 years experience in the manufacturing engineering field
Personal Qualifications
？ Knowledge
1. Knowledge on technical aspects ( Assembly Engineering, Mechanical and electronic)
2. Ability of understanding of production machinery (tooling, handling equipment, assembly equipment and product process)
3. Overall knowledge for the flow production system (JIT, L/T, 5S, etc)
4. Skills
1. Ability of design with CAD , tool design and making specification for production equipment
2. Ability of PC controlling skills
3. Communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability of problem solving and analysis
5. No restriction for overseas business trips
6. Possess core competencies of Volvo

Education
Bachelor degree in industrial engineering

Languages Requirement
Sound English skills both written and spoken.
