·         General Responsibilites: Ensure business alignment - Lead CRO category buyers to deliver business partnering activities and support business purchasing requirements, set up and achieve targets upon company business growth.

·         Manage procurement operations activities for CRO category - Oversee all purchasing activities ensuring a focus on company strategies and activities, monitor and lead performance against targets, and take corrective action where required.

·         Procurement compliance - Ensure compliance to defined business and procurement processes and applicable standards and regulations. Optimize procurement process effectiveness, track/monitor compliance gaps, and ensure timely and effective resolution.

职位需求：

·           Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain or Business Management, MBA or equivalent would be a plus.

·           8 years’ experience or above in Supply Chain Management or Procurement / Sourcing. At least 4-year experience of CRO categories is mandatory. Experience of indirect purchasing category and leading team is preferred. Pharma industry is desired.

·           Strong knowledge of the best in class procurement domain, rich experience in procurement audit, good sense of procurement performance KPI.

·           Sound experience in Procurement Processes & Systems and in Management

·           Ability to develop best practice procedures as well as tool enhancements including change management expertise.

·           Strong project management experience to drive the timely progress.

·           Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

·           Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience

·           Good presenting skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for procurement
