This is the position of mechanical engineer with responsibility for designing and supporting products. This person would make individual mechanical engineering contributions on assignments, some having complex features, and lead a team on engineering project. He or she would perform work which requires application of mechanical engineering skills to conventional types of tasks, some having complex features, and independently perform assignments with instructions on clear and specified objectives specific duties.

    

1.  Be involved in development of beverage dispensers and key-components          

2.  Takes responsibility for mechanical engineering assignments, given instructions on specific objectives and possible solutions.    

3.  Create and review technical drawings 3D and 2D and specifications using Solidworks         

4.  Responsibilities include all mechanical engineering aspects of assigned areas. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgments.              

5.  Assignments could involve coordination with all engineering disciplines including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering.        

6.  Serves as an advisory resource on assigned products and specific technologies.  

7.  Conducts cost reduction study, redesign, localization or optimization.     

8.  Generate working prototypes for beta testing and Exhibition&Customer demonstration

9.  Involved in sampling and validation of parts and components

10. Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, implement and EOL)      

    

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience as "Product designer "preferably in the beverage dispenser's equipment industry.

2.  Structured and good organization skills. Strong communication and influencing skills.  Good teamworking skills

3.  Good negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.

4.  Strong experience in drawing systems preferably Solidworks.

5.  Knowledge PDM system

6.  English level requires excellent communication

7.  Understand different materials and production methods

8.  Have technical, practical and scientific knowledge and ability

9.  Understand what customers look for in a product

10.  Be good at explaining ideas to people with varying levels of technical knowledge

11.  Have listening and questioning skills for discussing technical solutions s and understanding feedback from colleagues

12.  Be persuasive and able to 'sell' their ideas to others

13.  Be able to produce clear, concise written and/or visual reports

14.  Work well in a team

15.  Be accurate and pay attention to detail
