岗位职责

1、负责工装板块所有工程项目的技术指导，熟悉各类工程的施工工艺流程及验收标准；

2、负责制订技术手册并确保其实施，重点工程的技术指导与质量检查，处理施工质量和技术问题；

3、负责工程图纸审查和技术交流；

4、参加质量检查和竣工验收工作，如有需要作为公司技术代表参加甲方答辩会。

任职要求： 

1、大学本科及以上学历，建筑工程相关专业； 

2、在建筑装饰企业工作10年以上，具有5年以上技术负责人岗位经验； 

3、有完整的项目工程技术质量管理经验，具备较强的建筑施工方案编制能力，会机电深化；

4、能与各合作单位有效沟通，具备专业间的技术协调管控能力；

5、具备敬业精神及良好的职业道德及团队建设能力。
