Objectives:

Coordinate and support PM for CRM tool launch project. Conduct market research for consumable goods industry to support business segments’ growth plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Take the role in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool launch project to support PM and leading engineer to achieve the business and schedule requirement

- Timely finish assigned tasks to fulfill project execution schedule related to business survey, requirement list, solution design, large scale training plan etc.

- Collaborate with service provider and departments e.g. Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, and Operation Excellence for project implementation.

- Support data integration for CRM tool pipeline and Onboarding New Programs and develop data analysis methodology.

- Generate new insights for different subsectors in consumable goods industry and provide in-depth market analysis.

- Support business segments with ad-hoc analysis on the market

- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

- Data Driven, high level analytical skills.

- Self-starter, disciplined and process-driven, motivated to learn and expand skill sets;

- Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions;

- Fluency in oral and written English;

- Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power point, and Power BI.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent;
