Work description:

    

·         Execute sales strategy in alignment with China sales strategy, following segmentation model for building retail partnerships for long-term growth in China.

   

·         Build and maintain close & continual relationships with all accounts resulting in an increased distribution base and enhanced brand position.

    

·         Manage and develop accounts

    

·         Regularly manage accounts outside of the key sales periods to maintain relationships and offer guidance on POS, marketing support and stock availability

    

·         Ensure that high brand standards are maintained and that all relevant sales and brand initiatives are executed, or developed to grow the BabyBj？rn brand in China

    

·         Accountable for Revenue targets

    

·         Propose price and margin structures to achieve objectives.

    

·         Maintain, update, and control all retail margins, key account/promotional discounts, product exclusivity periods and to regularly evaluate such agreements

    

·         Manages financials by ensuring timely collection of receivables, obtaining required stock turns and margins, and keeps sales expenditure in line with budgeted targets

    

·         Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities

Requirements:

·         3-5 years working experiences in consumer goods

·         Business development / sales experience within China

·         Experience of operating within a similar size business with decision-making authority, managing budgets and financial management within set guidelines

·         Experienced and high-impact communication skill in representing a business in front of internal and external stakeholders

·         Data analysis and presentation skills (must include MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point)

·         Organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.

·         Workable in English

·         Passionate, with capability of quick learning.
