Industrialization of new products

• Design and deliver tooling or equipment to be able to produce new products according to the requirements of planning, production and quality.
• Management of a portfolio of hundreds of projects to industrialize each year, with a global budget of 100k RMB/month.     

Improvement projects

• Follow up several improvement projects to decrease the change over time, to improve the documentation of the parameters, to improve the productivity, to lead innovative projects  

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION (Basic training, professional experience, Foreign languages, etc.) 该职务所需的主要技能（基础培训，专业经验，外语等）    

• Strong communication and negotiation skill, strong interpersonal and coordination skill, well-organized, high efficient, good teamwork spirit.
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English
• Good PC skill and familiar with AutoCAD, Solid works, Microsoft office, etc.
• Management project skills
• Working experience in Cosmetics or FMCG field is preferred
• Bachelor or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, 1-2 years working experience in engineering would be a plus

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要职责  

• Be responsible of industrialization projects: definition of the technical requirements, design of the technical solution, quotation, supplier management, delivery of tooling or equipment to production, validation and acceptance
• Responsible for project’s timing, cost and quality
• Participate and deliver machine modification and upgrading for new products
• Provide technical proposal for new process of new products
• Lead improvements projects in the shop floor - Be proactive in providing new ideas to increase productivity and quality
