Supply Chain Supervisor

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1)Master data

• Obtain  material, vendor information per internal process;

• Master data maintenance in system to ensure the system operation;

    2)Logistics

• Follow up import & export customs clearance & CIQ

• Communicate with local & overseas suppliers and customers about shipment arrangement

• Apply import license for special item

• Prepare and check the entire relative shipping documents

• Coordinate with 3PLs, including shipping agents, warehouses to ensure smooth logistics flow

• Follow up orders from PO placed till order finished.

    3) People management and optimize daily operation 

 4) Other tasks assigned by SCM manager

Prefer

1)Related at least five years experience on logistics

2)ERP experience

3)Solid excel skill

4)Bachelor on international trade etc .

 5)Strong communication skill  , good oral and witting in English
