工作职责:

"1. Comply with company rules and regulations, safety rules and on-site service specifications; Maintain company interests

遵守公司规章制度、安全准则和现场服务规范，维护公司利益；"

"2. Provide on-site service to customers according to service requirements in the contract, including unpacking

acceptance, installation instructions, commissioning, paid repair, etc.

根据合同内服务要求，向客户提供现场服务，主要包括开箱验收、安装指导、开车调试和有偿维修等；"

"3. Manage demand information according to the complaint; complete the solving and cause analysis of routine problems

根据投诉管理需求信息，完成常规问题的消缺服务及原因分析；"

"4. Generate service reports based on service conditions and requirements (in English if needed); Provide timely feedback on service status

根据服务情况及要求，书写服务报告，并及时反馈服务情况；"

"5. Develop a variety of viable solutions to recurring problems

针对重复发生的问题，制定多种可行的解决方案，并协助上级建档；"

"6. Assist the superior to prepare field service team training materials; Provide training to customers

协助上级，编制现场服务团队培训教材，并为客户提供培训；"

"7. Orientedly develop and intervent in on-site project managemen capabilities

现场项目管理能力的定向发展与实践介入；"

"8. Report work to the superior; Complete other temporary work assigned by the superior

向上级汇报工作，完成上级安排的其他临时工作。"

任职资格:

"Junior college degree orabove, (Mechanics or Mechatronics major, Fluid Machinery major is preferred)

大专及以上学历（机械类或机电一体化专业，流体机械为佳）。"

"3+ working experience in machinery industry, having pump industry service experience is preferred

3年以上机械行业工作经验，有泵行业服务经验为佳。"

"General machiniery manufacturing; Familiar with the application, structure and certain theoretical knowledge of pump products, have field service skills

通用机械制造业，熟悉泵产品的应用、结构和一定的理论知识，具备现场服务技能。"

"Responsible, self-motivated, with teamwork spirit and professional ethics

具有责任心、上进心、团队协作精神和职业道德。"

"Good computer operating skills (good command of Microsoft Office)

良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件）。"

"Have good communication skills and a certain writing skills; Good at English

具有良好的沟通能力和文字功底，英语良好。"
