1、配合并服从领导交付的日常物流管理工作；

2、具有较强的组织，计划，控制，协调能力，人际交往能力及较高的谈判技巧，具有团队协作精神；

3、熟悉各种合同，能够配合部门经理代表公司对外谈判并签订合作合同及协议；

4、积极配合公司参与第三方物流企业及公司竞标、投标业务；

5、建立、完善并组织实施第三方物流管理工作体系，包括：运输、仓储、装卸搬运、配送等；

6、拓展物流公司业务，监控物流运作绩效，降低物流成本；

7、具备一定的物流交际圈，较强的客户开发能力和客户管理经验；

8、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和出色的预测，决策能力和出色的人际沟通能力，有极强的开拓精神和组织能力；

9、具有良好的团队精神和高度的敬业精神。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，物流类相关专业优先；

2、3年以上物流相关领域工作经验，有外资企业物流工作经历者优先；

3、熟悉物流管理，供应链管理的相关流程及知识，熟悉公司业务知识和财务基本知识；

4、具备良好的计划、管理、沟通和协调能力；

5、责任心强，诚信、细致，有较强的团队合作意识。
