ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute marketing communication strategy and the year-round action plan of each product line in close collaboration with product management and in coordination with the segment marketing to achieve the common business goals

· Organize and implement offline marketing events such as academic meeting, exhibition and seminar etc., including both self-organized event and 3rd party event. Execute all process of online marketing events.

· Work closely with sales and CSE team to implement regional marketing activities.

· Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.

· In charge of whole process of event and HCP application, make sure all applications are qualified with company compliance requirements. Including all kinds of contract application, HCP application, marketing event payment application, vendor communication, demo application, manning arrangement, sales tool application, on-site support, marketing events related documentations filing etc.,

· Leads tele-qualification, Marketing leads consolidation, SalesForce operation for leads segment, leads qualification form monthly update.

· Daily management and monthly update upon marketing events expense application, events related receipts collection, HCP application and database, sales tool management etc.

· Realize the delivery of each event within budget and schedule as well as with good quality

· Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation

· Effectively review and evaluate each event conducted to understand the issue of event management and areas to improve

· Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Cepheid Legal and Compliance Standard
· Other projects or
tasks assigned by line manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

· Bachelor degree and at least 2 years marcom experience

Knowledge and skills:

· Team worker, with good communication and coordination skill

· Proficiency in both spoken and written English

· Good command of MS office software application

· Can work independently under high pressure
