Responsibilities:

1. Manage the administration and delivery of benefits programs, incl. commercial insurance, annual physical check, etc.
2. Responsible for payroll processing, tax deduction, social benefits, etc.
3. Generate statistical reporting and data matrix where needed
4. Maintain HR related systems and secure all information is correct and up-to-date
5. Oversee the participation in salary surveys and analyze results in order to assess competitive labor market trends
6. Support HR Projects, e.g. Job band, ESOP, Computer share, merit, bonus payout, salary review
7. Support Employee ESOP daily management
8. Other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 5+ years’ experiences in C&B and payroll, preferably in pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry
3. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefit laws, regulations and requirements
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to details
5. Strong business acumen with the ability to provide analysis and strategic insight to business issues
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
7. High degree of integrity and honesty, and can exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
8. Workable English
