Responsible for projects (mainly marine business) system design and integration engineering in assigned projects. Work closely with project manager and logistics team. 

-                   Attend projects meeting and FAT with customers;

-                   System/HW definitions with lead engineer in a cost efficient way

-                   Design system and cabinet according to project specification and plan

-                   Responsible for system initialization, integration test and installation material ready for project on time delivery

-                   Responsible for configuration and set up of system network, system start up and audit

-                   Responsible for system and network on site troubleshooting when needed

-                   Ensure the reliability of system design

-                   Inspect quality of outsourced products to meet design requirements

-                   Documentation for FAT test and built system

-                   Develop system and cabinet design to achieve cost saving target

-                   Implement Lean and 6 sigma methodology into system engineering with quality and project team

-                   Support the manager on product development and other tasks   assigned

-                   HSE responsibility: taken part in required safety training and job related training for the job; ensures risk assessment is done at customer site; supervises working environment and safety of the equipment; ensures required PPE used; controls that work is undertaken according to HSE procedures; reports and investigates HSE incidents and risk observations according to the company rules; follow HSE policy and practices of Valmet as well as suppliers’/customer’s HSE requirement on site.

• All other tasks assigned by line manager or company
• Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance
  
  
• Have awareness of local relevant quality system. (ISO14001 & OHSAS18001, etc.）
