In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Business Support Manager M/F

  

  

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job:

  

• Proposal Development (manage proposals, change orders and contracts for the Greater China market)

• Ability to manage well both core tasks (proposal development & marketing operations) simultaneously

• Act as a backup for the EU/US Business Support team when necessary

• Reach a good level of autonomy to deliver proposals (through training, and mentoring)

• Inside sales: support the Business Development Directors in China to qualify prospects

          

Secondary tasks include:

  

• Marketing operations in China, Maintain a WeChat blog / China website

• Organize events with KOL & customers

• Define and support the participation to some conferences in China

• Perform some competitive intelligence analysis

• Conference/Associate Program Analysis and Reporting (optional)

• Event Execution such as booth setting, agenda for our presenter and access etc (Optional)

• Marketing Vendor management (optional)

• Assistance in China Marketing Budget management (optional)

                

  

Searched profile

  

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2-year experience as a Business Support Manager is a minimum.

• A good academic and practical knowledge of quotation production is required.

• Mastering MS Office with related technical skills is a requirement.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory and a good command of another language are a plus.

• Salesforce (customer relationship management system) and its CPQ (configure, price and quote) module experience is a plus.

• Familiar with drug development clinical trials projects and ideally related to imaging.

• Contract: 3-year short-term contract
