Job Description:

1. Experienced in leading the top-level planning and implementation of digital factories, or having successful experience in leading digital factory consulting projects.

2. Familiar with the establishment of industrial engineering systems and daily operation and management. To establish a lean production implementation mode which is suitable for enterprise characteristics through continuous improvement and implementation of lean production.

3. Having successfully led projects of manufacturing process optimization, automation, logistics system optimization, production line transformation which help to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Proficient in manufacturing management, lean production, logistics network optimization, quality management, lean logistics, with a deep understanding and practice in industry 4.0 digital factory.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 5+ years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on digital transformation, performance improvement

3. At least 1~2 smart manufacturing related project experience, have knowledge in automation, IoT, or manufacturing process and operation in auto, high tech, chemical, CPG industry

4. Strong analytical and problem solving skill with high commitment to quality client service

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness

6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
