Responsibilities

Launch/Release Marketing

• Work with Product Team to develop Release Materials for each Release

• Work with Product Team to create new Product Launch content

• Work with Marketing Team to determine channels, format and messaging for internal and external customer release

Knowledge Base Maintenance

• Maintain company product knowledge base to provide

• Develop product instruction curriculum for new customers

Customer Insights

• Maintain customer feedback channels (incl. surveys) and provide additional product improvements to Product Team

Presales and Upsell Materials

• Work with Marketing Team to update all presales and upsell materials

• Work with Sales Team and management to determine pricing

Required Qualities

Strong Collaborative skills:

• Can work with teams across the company, including marketing, product, sales, operations and engineering.

Strong Logic/Communication skills:

• Great communicator who is able to understand customer perspective and can translate technical products into business value for customers

• Can verbally communicate and develop written content for internal and external customer usage

• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese

Strong Research skills:

• Use available tools including surveys, customer visits, other feedback to better improve customer messaging
