KPMG's Audit team delivers independent, objective and high-quality audit services to our clients, and helps them to manage risk so they can focus on their core businesses. The role of Business Performance Manager is to coordinate the audit professionals’ resources by liaising with other departments.

You will also need to prepare management reports and you will need excellent communication skills as you will be the pivotal link between the senior staff across the audit departments.

Responsibilities

- Strong in communication and coordinate effectively the resources across the audit departments 

- Work with stakeholders to provide solution-based support on internal resources 

- Superior coordination skills and experience and ability to handle resources for a variety of projects and stakeholders

- Collect and consolidate various database, prepare analysis and reports for management

- Assist in ad-hoc projects for the audit practice

Experience and Background

- University degree, an economics or economics related degree is preferred

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in multinational or consulting industry

- Strong interpersonal awareness, business acumen and communication skills

- Highly proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin

- Proven agility in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

- Analytical and proactive
