职位描述
职位名称：集团招聘经理
汇报上级：集团人力资源总监
职责概要：
1、 统筹开展人才配置、关键人才猎聘、校园招聘等工作，负责集团人才供应链搭建及运营，为集团战略目标的达成提供强有力的人才支撑；
2、 根据集团战略需要，组织制定各区域、业务板块的年度人才配置计划，确保人才结构合理、供给充足，做好成本、进度控制，确保招聘计划落地及成本可控；
3、 负责建立完善的关键人才猎聘体系，包括但不限于关键人才识别、人才地图、供应商管理、内部猎聘团队建设、人才池运营、情报体系搭建等，实现关键人才猎聘的降本增效；
4、 主导关键人才挖猎、面试评估及入职后跟踪，对关键人才交付及后备人才储备负责；
5、 建立长效校园人才供给渠道，负责校招策略制定、资源管控、项目管理，负责校企合作开发及管理；
6、 负责集团招聘团队日常管理、考核及人才赋能；
7、 建立有效的数字化招聘管控体系，基于数据优化过程、解决问题，持续提升招聘体系效能。
任职要求：
1、 教育背景
全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，人力资源、心理学相关专业优先。
2、 工作经验
8年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验，其中3年以上招聘经理或同等职位经验，具备地产行业猎聘经验优先。
3、 工作能力
3.1熟悉大型集团公司招聘管控模式，有跨区域、跨业务招聘管控经验；
3.2具有快速学习业务能力，有业务伙伴思维和换位思考习惯；
3.3具有优秀的个人招聘交付能力，擅长人才猎聘、人才测评、沟通谈判，关注人才市场变化趋势，有一定的前瞻性；
3.4熟悉地产、物业行业，有相关人脉积累优先。
