Our Phenomenal Opportunity

Responsible for Ericsson RBS product (PA/TRX/Digital/Filter/Antenna/Integration, etc) design, verification, and maintenance.

    You  will    

• Design/maintain work to meet the project requirement
• Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
• Carry out all design activities optimal and efficiently
• Keep studying continuously to maintain competition level
• Support production when needed

    Your  responsibilities will include but not be limited to    

• Design theory analysis and simulation for radio
• Verify radio performance
• Tune and optimize radio performance
• Define the filter/Antenna solution and evaluate the performance
• Design GB and BB Filter/Antenna

    To  be successful in the role you must have    

• M.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent
• More than 2 years Working on PA design, more than 3years for Filter design/Antenna design (including at least one year for base station antenna design)
• Capable to use 3D or 2D software to build the simulation model.
• Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on Radio Circuit design such as Power Amplifier, High-Speed Link, Filter, Antenna, etc
• Knowledge of radio test instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter and etc.
• Strong ability to learn a new technique and willing to research up-to-date techniques.
• Good understanding of CAD tools, such as Mentor or Cadence.
• Good knowledge of Radio simulation tools, like ADS, AWR, and HFSS.
• Good listening, writing, reading, and oral English and Chinese ability.
• Good programming skills is a plus (Matlab, VEE, C#)
• Good communication skill and collaboration spirit
